The Conway Police Department says they recovered 5.8 pounds of meth and several guns following three "high-risk" search warrants.

CONWAY, Ark. — Three people were arrested in Conway after several "high-risk search warrants" led to the seizure of approximately 5.8 pounds of methamphetamine, two rifles, two pistols and a shotgun.

Police said two of the weapons had been reported as stolen.

24-year-old Angel Valenzuela, 51-year-old Miriam Ibarra and 24-year-old Moises Gonzales Pereyra were all arrested on multiple charges that include maintaining a drug premise within 1,000 feet of a drug-free zone, drug trafficking, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and possession with intent to deliver.

According to Conway police, the targets of its operation were methamphetamine traffickers operating out of multiple residences who were "supplying a large number of lower-level methamphetamine dealers."
