CONWAY, Ark. (KTHV) – Five students from the University of Central Arkansas were arrested for hazing in early March, but pleaded not guilty Monday in a Faulkner County court.
Isaiah Ozuna, 22, allegedly paddled pledges while other fraternity members Kevin Nguyen, Blake Battles, Rico Spears, and Deven Dyer watched. Ozuna also pleaded not guilty to an additional felony battery charge associated with the incident.
Since the incident, the fraternity has been put on suspension by UCA's Office of Greek Life.
