LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — As temperatures continue to rise in Arkansas this summer, excessive heat warnings have officially been issued for multiple counties in the state.
On Monday, excessive heat warnings were issued for the following counties until 9 p.m. as heat indexes of 112 degrees are expected throughout the day:
- Pulaski County
- Faulkner County
- Conway County
- Garland County
- Grant County
- Hot Spring County
- Perry County
- Saline County
- Johnson County
- Pope County
