LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Students at Heritage College in Little Rock are left wondering what to do next after the "for profit" health-training school abruptly shut down.
Heritage College has 10 campuses across the country, and all have closed their doors effective immediately.
In a statement on its website, Heritage claims the school didn't have enough money to operate. It blames declining numbers of students and a negative image of for-profit schools.
This is the second time in three months that a for-profit college has shut down. In September, ITT Tech closed just days before classes were to begin.
The statement posted says that students can go to www.heritagecollege.edu for additional information.
