HOT SPRINGS, Ark. — A Hot Springs man has been arrested after he was allegedly firing a weapon on Wednesday.
According to officials with the Hot Springs Police Department, 40-year-old Jason Derek Lynch was arrested after he reportedly fired shots from a BB gun out of the window of his vehicle while on Central Avenue.
Information surrounding whether or not those shots struck anyone or anything remains extremely limited at this time but we are working to learn more.
However, reports do show that Lynch was charged with four counts of criminal mischief first-degree fleeing, and four counts of terroristic act.
His bond has been set at $80,000 and he is currently being held at the Garland County Detention Center.
