HOUSTON — Want to live in Darth Vader’s head? You can in West University. The so-called "Darth Vader house" is back on the market.
According to the listing on both Zillow and Houston Association of Realtors, the home in West University is for sale for $3,750,000. If you’re wondering, according to Zillow, the estimated monthly mortgage payments would be $25,571.
You may remember the house from when we reported on it back in 2021 when it was for sale. The house, which from the front looks like you’re face-to-face with the Star Wars character, is a 7,040-square-foot, two-story home sitting on an 18,000-square-foot lot. It has four bedrooms and five full bathrooms.
According to the online listing, it has three new air conditioning units, a new water heater, two new ice makers, a new dishwasher, and a new oven, as well as a 72-inch sub-zero refrigerator.
And while the $3.75 million price tag may seem high, it’s actually down from the asking price we reported back in 2021. Back then, we reported it was priced at $4.3 million.
