JACKSONVILLE, Ark. — The Jacksonville Police Department is looking for the whereabouts of 52-year-old James Hill, who was reported missing.
Hill is described as six feet tall and about 140 pounds. Authorities said he was last seen with his left arm in a dark blue sling and wearing a dark blue and black short-sleeve shirt, a green and grey reflective jacket and a black leather jacket with blue jeans.
