Woman arrested by US Marshals for capital murder in Jacksonville

The Jacksonville Police Department says U.S. Marshals arrested a 20-year-old woman in Pine Bluff for her involvement in a homicide at a trailer park.

JACKSONVILLE, Ark. — The Jacksonville Police Department announced the arrest of a 20-year-old woman on Thursday for her involvement in a homicide in the 7000 block of South First Street on Feb. 5.

Police said Lesly Moreno was taken into custody "without incident" by U.S. Marshals in Pine Bluff. She was charged with capital murder and aggravated robbery after authorities found 65-year-old Julio Cesar Diego-Lopez dead inside his home.
