LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- A lawsuit against two hospital employees who viewed the medical records of former Little Rock news anchor Anne Pressly after her death can now proceed.
A judge says CHI Saint Vincent is not responsible for their employees' actions. Pressly's mother, Patti Cannady, said the workers viewed the records out of curiosity.
Pressly was found beaten in her bed in 2008, and she later died.
A man who confessed to attacking Pressly was convicted of capital murder and rape, among other charges, and is serving a life sentence.
