LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Little Rock Christian Warriors fell to the Greenwood Bulldogs on Saturday 41-23 in the Class 6A state championship game, ending their season with a 10-2 overall record.
Greenwood led 14-0 in the first quarter after quarterback Kane Archer punched in a one-yard touchdown run. Shortly after, Little Rock Christian pulled within eight points thanks to a touchdown pass from quarterback Walker White to wide receiver Cade Bowman.
But the Bulldogs found a way to respond quickly after a Warriors' score, building a 21-9 halftime lead.

White connected with wide receiver Jacob Field for a 12-yard touchdown to cut Greenwoods' lead to 27-16 with 7:38 to play.
However, Greenwood continued to chew time off the clock and responded on the next drive with a touchdown run by running back Brayedan Davis to put the Bulldogs up 34-16.
Greenwood continued to distance itself and put the Warriors away to secure its 11th state championship since 2000.
This game was a duel between two four-star quarterbacks. Archer threw for 187 yards and two touchdowns and added 95 yards and two touchdowns on the ground.
White, an Auburn commit, completed 25 of 49 passes for 355 yards with three touchdowns and three interceptions.
Little Rock Christian's only losses of the season came to Greenwood.
