LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Update: Police have now arrested 26-year-old Dalan Patterson on a capital murder charge.
The Little Rock Police Department is investigating a shooting incident that left one person dead on Thursday afternoon.
According to reports, officers were called to 2124 Labette Manor just before 3:40 p.m. Once they arrived at the scene they found a male, later identified as 23-year-old Elijah Tolbert, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim was quickly given aid and taken to the hospital where he later died.
No information has been released regarding the victim's identity or any possible suspects.
