LITTLE ROCK, Ark — The Commemorative Air Force Razorback Wing will be honoring Independence Day with a flyover on July 4.
Weather permitting, the air force will depart from the North Little Rock Municipal Airport at 11:30 a.m. and fly over Robinson Army Airfield before proceeding to the Capitol.
The flyover can be expected over the Capitol around 12 p.m.
The air force will then make its way over the Little Rock Veterans Affairs Hospital and Baptist Health Hospital, before flying to Pinnacle Mountain. The flyover will go across the Arkansas River, then head back to the NLR Municipal Airport.
The CAF is a national flying museum with over 175 aircraft based in approximately 60 local units worldwide. This Fourth of July, many of those units will take to the skies in honor of Independence Day and the American spirit.
