LITTLE ROCK, Ark — Update: 22-year-old Larry Xavier Clark has been taken into custody and charged with capital murder for his involvement in this homicide.
Little Rock police are investigating after a shooting left one person dead on June 25.
According to reports, officers responded to the 5700 block of Liberty Cove, where they discovered an adult male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Paramedics performed life-saving measures but the victim succumbed to his injuries while still at the scene.
The victim's identity has not yet been released but the body has been sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for an autopsy.
