LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Little Rock police have arrested a suspect in connection to a shooting that occurred on Monday, April 29.
According to reports, officers responded to the shooting at 2615 Martin Luther King Drive, where they located 40-year-old Toney Fairmon suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Lifesaving measures were performed, but the victim died on the scene.
On July 10, officials arrested 17-year-old Demario Phillips of Little Rock and charged him with capital murder.
This investigation is currently ongoing.
