LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Little Rock Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred at the Four Points by Sheraton at 925 South University Avenue.
Upon arrival, officials discovered one female victim suffering from a gunshot wound. She was transported to a nearby hospital, where she is reportedly in critical condition.
After securing the area, officers arrested 29-year-old James Austin. He has been charged with first-degree domestic battery, unlawful discharge of a weapon, aggravated assault, and fleeing.
