LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- It continues to be our most viewed story on THV11, April the Giraffe waiting to give birth with the whole world watching.

There is still no baby but keepers at Animal Adventure Park in New York say "all is well in the barn" with April and her unborn calf. Thousands of people from across the world have been watching the stream since last week.

Here’s a few fun facts for you. April is 15, giraffe pregnancies usually last about 15 months and the calf will weigh around 150 pounds and be about six feet tall at birth.

Meanwhile, the Little Rock Zoo tells THV11 they're looking at fundraising goals in hopes of renovating the giraffe barn and bringing the animals back to the zoo. The Little Rock Zoo hasn't had giraffes since 2014, after one was killed in a fight and the other was transferred.

Let us know if you want giraffes back at the zoo. Just leave a comment on our Facebook page.
