LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – Little Rock police are offering a reward up to $10,000 for information in a late January homicide.
Just before 1 a.m. on January 29, officers were dispatched to the 2500 block of Springer Boulevard regarding a subject down.
Upon arrival, officers located a man, later identified as 17-year-old Christopher Arnold of Little Rock, lying on the sidewalk near the Kroger loading docks.
Reports state that he was bleeding from his head and unresponsive. MEMS responded and confirmed that he was dead, and appeared he suffered from a gunshot wound.
Detectives and CSSU personnel responded to the scene. A witness advised that he was driving to work when he saw Arnold lying on the sidewalk and called 911.
Arnold’s body was taken to the medical examiner’s office for an autopsy.
