LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Little Rock Police Department has arrested a man for his involvement in the death of a woman over the weekend.
According to reports, on Saturday night officers were called to a home on Adams Street about an "assist medical call."
When they got there they found an unresponsive woman suffering from an apparent laceration that appeared to be from blunt force trauma.
The woman, later identified as 28-year-old Lashabra Plunkett, was quickly taken to the hospital where she later died due to her injuries.
Police were later able to identify 36-year-old Keith Moore as a suspect and after being interviewed he was charged with first-degree murder for his involvement in the death.
No information has been released regarding the victim's identity or if she knew the suspect before the incident.
