JACKSONVILLE, Ark. — The Jacksonville Police Department has asked for the public's help in locating a runaway teenager.
13-year-old Genell Allen was last seen on October 8 wearing a pink hoodie and black pants.
She is described as a Black female, with a height of 5’7”, weight of 110, short hair that's half black and half brown, and a scar on her right cheek.
