JACKSONVILLE, Ark. — The Jacksonville Police Department is searching for a missing man who was last seen on September 4.
30-year-old Jess Lee is described as a white male with a height of 5’10, black hair, a 2-inch scar on the left side of his neck, and scarring on both legs.
He also has an outline of the revel flag on his upper right arm and a full-color rebel flag tattoo on his lower right leg.
He was last seen wearing a light blue shirt, khaki shorts, and possibly no shoes.
