JACKSONVILLE, Ark. — The Jacksonville Police Department has asked for the public's help in locating a runaway teen.
14-year-old Ray’Mel Hickman was last seen on June 4 while wearing a white sleeveless shirt, black and white shorts, and yellow slides sandals.
He is described as being 5'6" in height and weighing about 140 pounds.
