JACKSONVILLE, Ark. — The Jacksonville Police Department has asked for the public's help in locating a runaway teen.
According to reports, 13-year-old Genell Allen was last seen wearing a pink hoodie and grey sweatpants on Thursday.
She is described as being 5'7" in height and weighing about 110 pounds with black hair and a scar on her right cheek.
