LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Little Rock Police Department has activated a Silver Alert in the search for a missing man.
80-year-old Charles Weldon Holmes was last seen at 5210 Park Village Drive in Little Rock on the morning of October 7.
Holmes was last seen wearing a long sleeve black shirt, black pants, brown shoes and black hat.
He is described as a Black male with a height of 5'10", a weight of 194, sald and pepper hair, and brown eyes.
