PHILLIPS COUNTY, ARKANSAS, Ark. — Arkansas State Police has deactivated an Amber Alert for a missing teenager in Phillips County as she was found safe.
Authorities activated the Amber Alert around 8:50 p.m. Tuesday before locating the girl just over an hour later.
