JACKSONVILLE, Ark. — The Jacksonville Police Department has asked for the public's help in locating a missing man.
43-year-old Kelly Walker was last seen on September 2. He is described as being 5'6" in height and weighing about 243 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing black glasses, a red t-shirt, gray capris jogger-style pants, and blue Crocs.
