PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. — The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing 23-year-old who was last seen on Tuesday, June 18.
Cesar Ramirez was reported missing out of Pulaski County after he was last seen near Baseline Road in Little Rock. He is described as having black hair, brown eyes, a height of 5'5", and a weight of 260.
