HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, Ark. — The Hot Springs Village Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for an 87-year-old man.
Authorities said William Reginald Piper Jr. was last seen at his residence in Hot Springs Village around 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 17. He is 6'2" and 205 pounds with straight gray hair. He may be wearing a plaid shirt, blue jeans, sandals and a hat.
Piper is diagnosed with dementia, and there's "no indication of where he could be headed." A Flock camera may have spotted him in the 600 block of South University Avenue in Little Rock.
Hot Springs Village police said Piper may be traveling in a white Smart car with a personalized plate that reads "HAFPINT."
