NEWPORT, Arkansas — Update: The Silver Alert has now been inactivated.
The Newport Police Department has activated a Silver Alert for a missing 66-year-old woman.
She was last seen wearing a light blue shirt, dark jeans or shorts, and white flip-flops.
She is described as a white female with short red hair, hazel eyes, a height of 5'2", and a weight of 130.
