NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – Police have released the name of the pilot who died in Thursday’s twin-engine plane crash.
According to a North Little Rock Police Department report, Doyle Reynolds, 56, of Jefferson, died when the Cessna 310 he was piloting flew over Central Arkansas Water, narrowly missed a diesel tank, broke through a fence, and crashed on the outskirts of the North Little Rock Municipal Airport.
Officials said Reynolds’ co-pilot survived the crash, miraculously able to walk by himself when crews pulled him from the wreckage.
NTSB arrived at the crash Friday morning to finish the investigation.
