LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — More than a year after the Breckenridge Regal Theater on Rodney Parham Road had its last curtain call, there is now something new coming to take its place.

On Thursday, Schulman Theaters Inc. announced that the location of the former Breckenridge Regal Theater will now house its newest Film Alley location in Little Rock.

The Film Alley itself is a new movie entertainment center that consists of a full redemption arcade, the 5S Rock Bar, eight lanes of duckpin bowling, as well as eight dine-in movie auditoriums equipped with heated recliner seating, and one Premium Large Format auditorium with 4K laser projection and DTS-X Immersive Sound.

“The addition of Schulman Theatres ‘Film Alley’ is an exciting development that will make Breckenridge Village even more unique with a number of entertainment and dining options. The Schulmans are first class operators and we are excited to have them coming to central Arkansas. Hank Kelley and the team at Kelley Commercial Partners have done an outstanding job of coordinating every aspect of the redevelopment of the center. Tommy Keet has spearheaded the restaurant developments with excellence. Plans are underway to apply for a temporary entertainment district designation which will make Breckenridge Village the place to go in Central Arkansas,” said Jim Keet, chairman of JTJ Restaurants.

Renovations for the new Film Alley Little Rock are set to be underway soon and they anticipate opening in early 2025.
