LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Little Rock Police Department arrested a 26-year-old North Little Rock man for his involvement in a homicide in the 2100 block of Security Avenue on Feb. 1.
Keith Kinchen was taken into custody on Wednesday and charged with capital murder.
Officers arrived at the scene around 12:19 p.m. and found Qwun'Don Marks dead inside a vehicle with "apparent gunshot wounds." Homicide detectives and the Pulaski County Coroner were called to the scene, and the body was transported to the Arkansas State Crime Lab.
