NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The North Little Rock Police Department is looking for a 37-year-old man wanted for capital murder and aggravated robbery in the July 2017 homicide of Damian Mitchell in the 4800 block of Ira Street.
Police said Marshadrick Waddy's last known location was possibly with family in either Sherwood, Dumas, or Pine Bluff.
According to authorities, North Little Rock police officers responded to the shooting around 3:38 a.m. on July 28, 2017, and found Mitchell "lying in the street with a fatal gunshot wound."
