NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The North Little Rock Fire Department is at the scene of a large fire that ignited at an apartment complex in North Little Rock on Wednesday evening.
According to reports, the fire happened at the Timbers at Lakewood located at 3705 McCain Park Drive.
According to the NLRFD, there are 20 apartments within the building and eight of them are now uninhabitable due to the fire.
There were no human injuries or deaths reported in the incident. However, one pet was inside one of the apartments and it passed away.
The fire marshal is currently investigating the cause of the fire.
