NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A small section of the Arkansas River Trail will be closed all day and evening on Friday, May 30th, in North Little Rock, in order for workers to install new Shilcutt Bayou Bridge. Although this is only a minor section there is no alternate route for pedestrians or bicycles.
The closure is in between the Burns Park Golf Course and the area beneath Emerald Park. The City has already posted signs at several locations along the trail to warn anyone that they will not be able to go beyond this location due to construction
