JACKSONVILLE, Ark. — Overnight, fire crews responded to reports of a fire at Park Place apartments on Poplar Street in Jacksonville.
Police secured the area and officials were able to put out the fire around 4 a.m.
The fire captain said he didn't believe the incident displaced any residents. At this time, it's unclear what caused the burn or how much damage it caused.
An investigation is currently underway to determine the cause of the fire. We will provide updates as they become available.
