CONWAY COUNTY, Ark. — On October 1, the Conway County Sheriff's Office seized hundreds of pounds of cocaine while conducting a traffic stop near the 110-mile marker.
During the stop, the deputy developed "reasonable suspicion" that a crime was being committed and received permission to search the vehicle.
His search revealed 501 pounds of cocaine with a street value of over $22 million. One arrest was made as a result. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
