PINE BLUFF, Ark. — On the morning of November 16, Pine Bluff police responded to the 2300 block of West 11th Avenue in reference to a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers discovered one victim dead from an apparent fatal gunshot wound. He was later identified as 34-year-old Antonio Martin.
