Pine Bluff police say capital murder suspect in custody

The Pine Bluff Police Department says a 21-year-old man, wanted for capital murder, turned himself in around noon on Thursday.

PINE BLUFF, Ark. — Update: The Pine Bluff Police Department said 21-year-old Marquis Sission turned himself over to authorities around noon on Thursday.

He was booked at W.C. Dub Brassell Detention Center and charged with capital murder, two counts of attempted capital murder, three counts of first-degree battery, discharging a firearm from a vehicle and engaging in violent criminal group activity.

The Pine Bluff Police Department is looking for a 21-year-old capital murder suspect who should be considered "armed and dangerous."

According to Pine Bluff police, Marquis Latrael Sission is wanted for capital murder in connection to the death of Vincent Peal Jr. on Oct. 22 in the 200 block of North University.

Sission is described as 5'9" in height with black hair and brown eyes. Authorities said his last known address is in White Hall.
