PINE BLUFF, Ark — The Pine Bluff Detective Office is searching for a man wanted in connection with a second-degree domestic battering felony that occurred on October 15.
49-year-old, Reshod Darnell Smith is described as a Black male, about 5’6” tall with a medium build.
