Police chief catches burglar in Cammack Village for second time

Early morning on July 17, Cammack Village Chief Powell arrested a Little Rock man for auto burglary for the second time after discovering him going through cars.

CAMMACK VILLAGE, Ark. — Early morning on July 17, Chief Powell and his K9 Havoc caught a man going through two unlocked vehicles on Brentwood Road in Cammack Village.

The suspect was identified as 43-year-old Ramon Maquel Taylor of Little Rock. Chief Powell previously arrested Taylor in November 2023 for auto burglary of two vehicles on Kenwood Road.

Taylor was booked into the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility and received a felony charge for breaking and entering.
