The suspect was not located.
The Jacksonville Police Department is currently investigating an incident near Cloverdale, Blakely, and Valentine Rd.
Officials have asked people to avoid the area and be on the lookout for a Middle Eastern man in his early 20s wearing a white t-shirt.
