LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Update: The power outage is now resolved.
A power outage is affecting traffic and businesses near Chenal in Little Rock.
According to the Entergy outage map, 15 people are currently affected, but the issue is estimated to be resolved by midnight.
The power outage caused by a broken utility pole has affected traffic lights; some businesses have even closed.
