LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Update: Police have identified the body as 67-year-old Jill Ann Luigs of Norman, Arkansas.
On Tuesday, the Pulaski County Criminal Investigations Division recovered the body of a woman in the 14000 block of Kanis Road.
Authorities said the woman's identity is "unknown at this time."
