Petrino alsonever mentioned having a passenger in a press conference Tuesday when he described the events and how he made his way to the hospital.

For an unknown reason, Petrino crossed the westbound fog line as he was applying the brakes. After driving of the roadway, the rear of Petrino's motorcyle began rotating counterclockwise causing Petrino to lay onto the left side.
While on its left side, the motorcycle slid through a grassy road ditch, hit a pile of dirt and tree limbs and finally stopped. The motorcycle got extensive damage on the left side.
According to the accident report, both Petrino and Dorrell were not at the accident site when State Police arrived.Petrino and Dorrellwere taken to theintersection of East Huntsville Road and Crossover Road in Fayetteville by passers by.
When they arrived, Dorrell left in her personal vehicle and Petrino was taken to a local hospital by an Arkansas State Police officer.
In the report, Petrino made a statement to police saying he was "headed west on Highway 16. Because of sun and wind I could not maneuver the turn (and) drove off the road. Tried to lay the bike down and the next thing I know I was lying in a wood pile."
