#RockOneSock with THV11 to raise awareness about missing children

#RockOneSock with THV11 to bring awareness to missing children across the country.

May 25 is National Missing Children’s Day and an initiative this month aims at drawing attention to the thousands of missing children across the country.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is looking to bring awareness to the problem with their #RockOneSock campaign.

THV11 participated last year and we're doing it again!

The campaign encourages people to wear one sock and take a photo or video and post it to social media using the hashtag #RockOneSock.

Then, challenge your family and friends to do the same to continue to spread awareness about finding missing children.

The concept stems for the idea that when a sock is lost in the laundry, the hope is that it will be found.

The campaign hopes to usher in that same sense of hope in finding missing children.

Send us your photos or videos on our THV11 Facebook page, Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #BeOn11 and #RockOneSock.
