ROGERS, Ark. — One lucky Rogers man is taking home 350,000 big ones after playing and winning the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.
Jonnatan Aguilar purchased a $20 ticket at the Kum & Go on Moberly Lane in Bentonville on Oct. 29. He claimed the $350K on Oct. 30, according to a release from the lottery.
“I just had a good feeling that day,” Jonnatan said.
The lucky winner scratched off the tickets in his driveway, winning nothing on his first ticket but scoring big on his second.
The release said Aguilar's luck struck on the "very last square on his ticket."
“I just sat there in silence to compose myself,” Aguilar said. “I thought I scratched it wrong." Still in disbelief, he called his father to share the good news.
Aguilar is still awestruck but has begun planning on how to use the prize payout, sharing with lottery officials that he plans to help his parents pay off their house.
