SALINE COUNTY, Ark — On August 27, a truck reportedly hit the Saline County Sheriff's Office building on S. Neeley St, in Benton.
Capt. Joey Shamlin confirmed that the truck slammed into the sheriff's office portion of the building, not the jail. Due to this, he said it doesn't appear to be an attempted jailbreak.
Officials arrested Katherine Gray on multiple charges, including DWI in connection to this incident. No one in the building was injured.
