SEARCY, Ark. — Harding University confirmed in a statement that they are closing their campus in Florence, Italy, and students studying abroad will return home amid the coronavirus outbreak in the country.
The campus will be closed after Feb. 29 and Harding said these students will be finishing their classes remotely.
"This is obviously a huge disappointment for these students in this very special program," the school said.
The details surrounding how the courses will be completed and financial specifics are being communicated with the students.
