A long-awaited event is set to be making its way back to Little Rock in October.
The second annual "Fiesta en SoMa" event is set to be happening on Friday, October 4, 2024, from 4:00 p..m - to 10:00 p.m. in the SoMa district between 12th and 15th on Main Street in downtown Little Rock.
The festival will allow you to immerse yourself in a variety of Latino cultures through experiencing live music, art, and dance. As well as trying out delicious foods and checking out offerings from local street vendors.
For its second year, Fiesta en SoMa will be introducing a Tamale Taste-off to its festivities.
Guests will be able to sample the tamales by purchasing a $15 ticket and any restaurant or cook entering the taste-off will be eligible to win a 1st place cash prize of $500 + a trophy, and the runner-up will win $250 + a trophy.
