15-year-old arrested for North Little Rock shooting

The North Little Rock Police Department has arrested a suspect in connection with a shooting on Sunday that left an 18-year-old with life-threatening injuries.

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Update: Officials have arrested 15-year-old Hezekiah Muller of Conway in connection with this shooting.

Muller was taken into custody after North Little Rock detectives saw him enter a convenience store in the 1000 block of Chicot Road in Little Rock.

Muller was charged as an adult for criminal attempt to commit capital murder and aggravated robbery. He is being held at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Center without bond. 

The victim has been identified as an 18-year-old from Conway, and he reportedly remains in critical condition.

The North Little Rock Police Department is now investigating a shooting incident that happened just before 6:30 p.m. on Sunday evening.

According to reports, officers were called to Walnut Road with reports that someone had been shot. Once officers arrived they found a male victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound.

 The victim was quickly taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. No information has been released on his identity or any possible suspects.
